Unequal Work For Equal Pay
Everybody doesn’t do the same amount of work in the Family of God. We as servants have a commission that we must maintain, and the honest truth is that it is best to not compare what you do to someone else. The fact is that if you call yourself evaluating what you do based on what others do you may find yourself feeling overworked or undervalued. Different folks get different work. We often talk about this being because people are given different gifts…but not always. We often talk about it being because people have different measures of faith at work…but not always.
Sometimes there is a difference in the amount of work being done because of who is actually doing the work….GRACE or GOD!!!
One person can be doing twice as much work as another when they have the same gift because God is working THROUGH on to get 10 measures of work done where He may be working WITH another to get 5. When God is working with us there is the limitation of our ability…HOWEVER…when God is working THROUGH us we can do ALL things!!!!!
So, I don’t worry about how much I have to do.
I just am thankful that He is using me to get it DONE!!!
