Be About Love…
The Bible is colored throughout with LOVE and its embodiment of who God is. However, this scripture impacts in a more person manner. LOVE is now the validation of who we profess ourselves to be. “If you don’t LOVE your brother or sister, then you aren’t saved!” It’s tight, tough, stern, rigid, fundamental and seemingly subjective but true.
The very fact that we LOVE our fellow man or woman tells others and especially God that we have eternal life through a relationship with LOVE, Himself.
If we don’t LOVE our brother or sister, we are on a sure path to death and destruction. How can this be the case? How can God hold us so staunchly accountable to one fruit of the Spirit, one biblical principal or one element of Divine power? God can do this because He is LOVE. You cannot be in a relationship with God unless you are about what He is about. Then certainly you can’t receive anything from Him, like LOVE, unless you emit and emote what would be seen as a consistency with who and how God is. Just as God cannot lie, He also will not allow a lie of Him to be perceived through us! If you want to be delivered, LOVE! If you want to be saved, LOVE! If you want to grow in grace, LOVE!
