Just As I Am
The God that I serve is one that invites us to come to Him just as we are! If you have weakness, bring it! IF you have filth in your clothes, bring it! If you are confused, bring it! If you need healing, bring it! If you have doubts and fears, bring ’em! God in Isaiah 1:18 relays the true intimacy of God’s relationship with His creation. God wants us to be together. God wants us to talk things through with him. I love that about my God! He actually cares about what I think and how I feel. God wants to meet me where I am and then usher me to the place where God wants me to stand. God tells me to COME and to LET US REASON TOGETHER!
God says, “Let’s talk about it! Help me to understand!”
Thank you, Father, for hearing and understanding and caring for me. Then the latter portion of the scripture justifies me to be in the presence of God. What is wrong with me God will fix it so that I can be in His presence. What is broken with me He will heal in order that I would be whole in His presence.. In summary, go to God and let Him make the difference!!!!!!!
