It’s A Struggle
It takes a lot to be a believer in Jesus, the Christ. People mistakenly think that things get easier when you accept Jesus, the Christ, as your Savior…WRONG. It is true that a life that was impossible then becomes possible, but the possibilities take way more work than the impossibilities!!! This scripture in Luke tells exactly what I mean by MORE work. First of all, Satan gets onto you as soon as you accept Jesus, the Christ, as your Savior. You get on Satan’s radar when you say YES to God!!! Then, Satan is not trying to help you but instead to HURT and even KILL you!!!!! The only thing that we have to combat this onslaught by Satan is FAITH…and we can fail in our employment of it.
Faith does not work in spite of us…Faith works as a resource for US.
We must employ it!!!! So if we are too hard headed to employ it then we are subject to destruction by the enemy. Then while we are trying to keep up our faith, we are held accountable to strengthen our brother or sister who may also be struggling in the faith!!! That’s a lot but with God ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!!!! Hold on and hang on!!!!
