You Can’t Hide It
What we tend to forget about in our daily walk is that as believers we are the manifestation of God’s temple and within us dwells the Holy Spirit Himself! Although we speak it in scripture and ministry, if we would truly acknowledge this as our reality instead of it just being a cute and “churchy” thing to say, we would not do or commit as much as we did.
It is a very different situation when we acknowledge that God is watching us and is within us.
We would not be so quick to try to hide our mess! We would not be so quick to try to get away with sin. We would not be so quick to let our selves go and not keep our physical and spiritual selves clean and fit. The scripture says “know ye not…”! Don’t you know? If you know better then shouldn’t you do better??? We need to acknowledge who we are and that we need to live up to our creation and regeneration! God has done so much to bring us to where we are and to give us the opportunity that we have to live in Him. Also this opportunity is one that we do not deserve!
