Self-Righteous Ways
Some people have all the questions and don’t have any of the solutions. Some people make all the noise but won’t do any of the work. Some people have all the answers but have none of the understanding. Some people have all the of the religion but don’t have God. This is the problem with the majority of people IN church. They have all of the clothes, idioms, friends, scriptures memorized, Pastor’s attention, titles and abilities…. but don’t have what it takes to please God. There activity and understanding of church are both rooted in THEM.
God is not getting the glory!
We must KNOW that God wants FAITH in order to please Him. We must KNOW that OBEDIENCE is better than sacrificing of what we have and can say. We must KNOW that a BROKEN SPIRIT and a CONTRITE HEART God will not dispise. We must KNOW that the JOY of the Lord is our strength. We must KNOW that HE INHABITS THE PRAISE of His people. WE MUST KNOW and not just think. WE MUST KNOW and not just guess. WE MUST KNOW and not just hear. We must go with what we know so that we are not left without recourse or reparation. Don’t play around with God or think that He will bless your mess! He is a jealous God!!!
