Live Life…Don’t Run Life
Mankind has deluded itself since the beginning of time by thinking that it has the power to give or take life. The biggest problem in this situation is that mankind believes that it is actual power. Mankind can kill and can conceive. This is all that can be done. There is no power in these two scenarios. God does not give up His power to man for any reason. In both of these scenarios mankind positions him or her self in order to bring about an end that GOD fosters. In killing, the sins of the flesh drive mankind to perform actions that bring about the demise of another individual. In conception, mankind performs an act that physically makes elements available for God to guide to conception. In summary the action is man but the power is all God. Mankind faces the same scenario in the context of him or her self. We have life but could not create it ourselves.
We live this life but do not have the ultimate power over it.
God is sovereign over our lives. In God we are conceived. To God our lives are returned at death. Why do we fight the truth? God is bigger than our lives and living, and I am thankful for it! I don’t live to my self…God is governing. I don’t die to my self…God has a plan for my life and after!
