Requirements
There are explicit expectations for being a man who is “in Christ” or “serving God”. First of all or the leading factor is that he is steadfast, unmoveable and always abounding in the work of the Lord. The man of God will be rooted and grounded in God and will have strength that goes much deeper than the surface. This way when opposition comes he will maintain his position. Then the man of God will be fruitful or productive but it is in his ordained season. Too often we are pressuring God to prosper or deliver us when it is not the right season for it yet. Our deliverance is to give God the glory and not to satiate our own expectations or plans! Thirdly, what he has will not die or deteriorate. The life in him will persist and not be weakened by the paths and the situations that the man of God encounters. Lastly, the man of God will always have the joy of consistently being successful in the works of the Lord that he takes on. He only wants to glorify God and when he does something to glorify God…HE WILL PROSPER!
What he does will flourish, and he will flourish in what he does!!!
