Just Enough
Relationships are often plagued with the concept of “just enough”. What that means is that either or one of the parties are employing the mindset of doing “just enough”. They want to do “just enough” to get them. They want to do “just enough” to maintain the relationship. They want to do “just enough” to stay out of trouble. They want to do “just enough” to get out of trouble. They want to do “just enough” to please the other person. They want to do “just enough” to feel that they are key contributors to the relationship. Everything is about doing “just enough”! Well, this is a problem because the premise for a marriage and even most relationships is that both parties are putting ALL on the table. We should expect and understand the same with our Divine Relationship.
God wants ALL.
The ALL that God wants from us is our WHOLE heart! God wants the passion and intention to be our best when it comes to serving and praising Him. God wants all of our effort to satisfy the expections that He has for us. This will require our whole heart. A portion of our heart will only give a portion of our devotion, intensity and love. God requires it ALL!
