I AM Too Proud To Beg
Begging folk are just irritating. People begging for money. People begging for food. People begging for attention. People begging for validation. People begging for guidance. Begging is just irritating. Begging irritates because it puts the observer in an awkwardy burdensome situation. Either there is the lack of desire to give when resources are available OR there is the lack of resources when the desire to give is prevalent. Not fun at all. The one begging does not even see it because they are focussed on themselves and their situation!
God does not intend or expect for the believer to ever be a begger.
God has presented and positioned Himself to be aour provider, our protector and our sustainer. The Lord is our Shepherd and we will never “want”. This is where the world has a misperception and a misconception. Even when the believer stands in need of a resource, the believer has no need to resort to begging because the believer knows that God will provide. Whether it is a solution or a provision, God will provide. Whether it is right now or some time later, God will provide. You may see the believer hungry and needing bread, but you will never see the truly engaged believer BEGGING bread!!!
