I Don’t Got It
It is amazing how the creation of God can convince itself that it can be God Himself. God has created the world and the resources in it. Let us create our own world and place resources in it. God has extended His Presence from Heaven to earth. Let us build lives that seemingly reach from earth to Heaven. God has a name that is associated with that which is greater than who we are. Let us create a name for our selves that is associated with the great works that we have done. All is so amazing how we try even though we fail time and time again.
“I think I got it this time” is what we tell ourselves when actually it is a shot into a failing dark as always.
We need to continually be reminded that we are not God and cannot waste our time trying to be perfect. I am not God and I am glad! It is nice to be the one who is given a right to the life that I don’t deserve. It is nice to have right to the relationship with God when I am not perfect like Him! He loves me anyhow! So, I squash the desire to challenge the position that God has both in my life and the greater world! Thank you, Father, for being God all by yourself!!!
