Satan Is Consistent!
It doesn’t matter whether you are a saint or a sinner, a Christian or a muslim, a man or a woman, oriental or oxidental. No matter what is going on, where it is going on or who is in attendance, Satan will always have a presence. I used to think in this Christian life there was a time when I would be so holy and so “in God” that Satan would stop being present in everything I do…NOT. I used to think that at some point in my growth as a believer and servant of God that Satan would eventually be scared of me. The bible talks of demons trembling! Doesn’t that mean that they will not mess with me…NOT!
Grandmama had a saying that she would use that said, “I am gonna do what the devil won’t ever do…leave you alone!”
Satan will never leave us alone in this life and no matter how holy you may be or how sanctamonious your space may seem…Satan is there! You might now know where or who he is, but he is there. You may have not heard him or seen him, but he is there. If he was in God’s meeting in Heaven, he is in my situation here. But, don’t fight the losing battle of US and Satan. Let God come into a losing situation and guarantee victory to life and living!
