Press Through
Regardless of how you may think that you have and deserve an easy walk with God, it does not work that way. God expects us to PRESS toward the mark that God has set for us in our lives. To press means that you have some opposition. Trying to get where God wants us to be drums up some haters along the way. These are folks who don’t want us to make it and will put themselves in our path to God. Since they aren’t gonna make it they don’t want us to either. Trying to get to where God wants us to be drums up enemies. These are folks who hate us for who we are and not just where we are going. Enemy don’t just get in the way. They try to stop or trip you while you are along your way. Trying to get where God wants us to be realizes opposition that is not human. The opposition could be self-perception, physical barrier, health struggles, fear, etc. These are things that sometimes we cannot change or avoid. For all of these sources of opposition we must PRESS!
Don’t give up, PRESS!
If we want to make it to the Higher Calling in Jesus, the Christ, there are no excuses. We MUST make it. So we have to sometimes PRESS…through to get to!!!!!!
