Do You Know!
Knowledge is information…lifeless and purposeless. However, wisdom is information that has intrinsic meaning and value. Knowledge is available by and can be used for any purpose. However, wisdom not available to all and can ony be used for the purpose with which it is applied. It is so frustrating to hear people talking on and on about information that does nto make a difference in any life…even the life of the one talking. It is basically a waste of time and words. Then there is wisdom. When wisdom is spoken, the attention of all listening is commanded. Wisdom moves the person to a directed purpose while the person manipulates knowledge for their own agenda. This happens in the church all the time. When the bible is treated like information or a tool, the words can be twisted to a person’s agenda. However, when the bible is treated like the unadulterated divinely-inspired Word of God, the widom of the bible moves, shakes and shapes lives to the ordained purpose of God. The moving, shaking and shaping is due to the understanding acquired. Get understanding. It seals the acquisition of wisdom. Get understanding. It satiates the mind. Get understanding. It equips the believer to tell somebody else of God’s wisdom!
