God Our ROCK!!!!
People are funny. They can claim that they want you to succeed but will show doubt in their seemingly awaiting your failure. People will tell you that you can do it and then walk off with the concern that you will fail. Then some people will go as far as to actually set you up to fail!! But God is not like that and I love it! God has declared what He is expecting of us through His Word. He seeks our compliance and satisfaction. However, God has gone a step farther.
God has positioned and provisioned us to SUCCEED in our responsibility.
God restores our soul first of all. When He knows that our soul is weak and broken from our experiences, God reaches beyond our faults to attend to the need of restoring our soul! Then on top of that He leads us in the paths of righteousnesss. Thank You, Father! Not only does He show me those paths but He also leads me into and on them! After living a losing battle, I am now in a win/win with Christ! But don’t forget on stipulation…this is “for His name’s sake”! All that God has done is not to make us look good or to have us proclaim what WE can do. What God has done is to give God the glory so that others can be led to Christ and then to the salvation of God in Jesus, the Christ!
