Why Bother
Why did God even bother with mankind? So many times I have wondered about this fundamental question that directly impacts even my existence. I am not afraid to ask the question! I have questioned my own existence. I have struggled with the fact that I MUST exist even when I don’t want to exist. I have struggled with the fact that I am present even when I have wanted to erase my presence from every picture and every situation. Then God went another step that perplexes me even more.
Why does God care?
There are times when I don’t care. Most of the times people around me don’t care. So why would God care about such an insignificant being like me? The answer is praise! The elephant cannot praise God like I can. The birds cannot praise God like I can. The fish of the sea cannot praise God like I can! I have the choice and I have chosen to serve God. In that I have solace because I have chosen God and God has CHOSEN me! I am an investment that WiLL pay off! With glory and honor I will serve Him and give Him all the PRAISE!!! Why? Not because people put value in me, but because God cares!!!!!!!!!
