My Testimony
I have to give my own testimony at this point. Paul was writing to the church in Rome but I can attest to the same situation in my temple of “self”. Let me tell my story.
First is when I was weak or without strength.
I had expended all of my resources and power on worldly things. There was nothing left to influence or buy a change in my life. I surrendered!
Second is when I was ungodly.
I did not live Christ-like. I did not talk Christ-like. I did not walk Christ-like. I did not think Christ-like.
Thirdly is the fact that nothing has ever happened in MY time. The scripture says that the timeframe was “in due time”.
It was “due” because it was when God deemed it necessary. It was “due” because all other options had been exploited. It was “due” because the time was NOW. Things happened when they were supposed to happen! What happened in the context of these conditions???
CHRIST DIED FOR ME!
Thanks be to God through whom all blessings flow! Jesus died for ME! Jesus gave up His life that I might have a right to the Tree of Life!. Thank You, Father!!!
