Divine Translator
Thank God for the Spirit of God that not only provides to us but also TRANSLATES for us. We always talk about how God provides…Jehovah Jireh…God is a provider. We shout, sing, run and holla to give God the glory for His providing for us. I thank God for how He has provided for me too. But I more importantly thank God for how He TRANSLATES for me. There are times when I don’t know what to say. There are times when I don’t know what is wrong. There are times when I don’t know how to pray. There are times when the problem has not even risen yet. Then here I stand before God to pray. That is so intimidating to feel the presence of God and the smallness of our selves. Words sometimes just don’t come. My grandmama would just moan. My Granddaddy would sing a hymn. Some folks just wave their hands or fold their arms. Whatever you can do is where God meets you.
The Spirit makes intercession for us through a holy language that cannot be spoken out loud.
Groanings are heard. Moanings are heard. God takes them and acts on our behalf. Praise be to God for His unspeakable Gift!!!!
