There Is Something About The Name Jesus
1Corinthians 3:11
“On Christ the Solid Rock I stand. All other ground is sinking sand!” That hymn followed me throughout my childhood either in church or in my own memory.
Jesus, the Christ, being the foundation is a fundamental belief, value and purpose of the believer.
Jesus as your foundation gives you the Word. Truth is couched in Jesus. All truth that leaded to everlasting life was and is manifested in Jesus, the Christ. Jesus as your foundation gives you God’s Will. Jesus opens the door to God’s Will in your life because it is through Jesus that we can be in a right relationship with God. 
It is through Jesus that we can be in fellowship with God. It is through Jesus that we can be in divine communication with God. Here we then are exposed to God’s Will for us in our lives! Jesus as your foundation gives you God’s Way. In my life I have tried to do things MY way so many times and have fallen by the wayside in failure, pain, frustration, fear, misdirection, confusion and weakness. It is not my will but Thy Will be done!!! So “on Christ the solid rock I stand. All other ground is sinking sand!”
I choose Jesus!
I choose Jesus..to give me truth. I choose Jesus…to give me revelation. I choose Jesus…to give me direction!!!
